My Group Diverse Consulting worked on the Jello Crisis Case Study. Our team had to think of a way to help Jello gain its popularity back. What we thought of was Jello Stores. We figured why not open up a Jello Store, its a great way for jello to experiment with new products and let customers have more hand on opportunities. They could open up those store in very popular and populated areas. I was thinking of West Edmonton Mall and New York as those places are indeed popular.
Overall I had a great time doing this project it brought back my childhood of eating Jello and I would love for Jello to regain its popularity I wouldn’t mind doing this type of project anytime in the near future!
